Workshops, Groupwork and Lectures
Apart from counselling and supervision, Peter lectures and facilitates workshops and seminars.  Workshops include‘Today’s Father’, ‘Parenting Adolescents’, ‘Working with Adolescents’, ‘Effects of Domestic Violence on Children and Adolescents’, and ‘Working with Difficult Adolescents’, Young Fathers, ‘Hey Dad’ program, using Narrative and Solution focussed approaches in working with adolescents, MENDS (Men Experiencing New Directions after Separation), Brief Therapy Interventions for 'drug and alcohol' clients, and Supporting Parents in Developing Self Esteem in kids with A.D.D. and A.D.H.D., Kids in the Crossfire - coping with separation and divorce,

Peter has lectured at the University of Western Sydney (Macarthur), Dept of Community Services Bidura Training Centre, Family Worker Training and Development Program, WESDARC (Western Sydney Drug and Alcohol Resource Centre), UNIFAM, and Barnardos Australia and in schools such as St Pauls Grammer. He was a consultant to the Family Support Association in the development of the training manual and video 'Building on Strengths' by Dick and Steve Armstrong (1994), and is a past President of the Adolescent and Family Counsellors Association.  He is a member of the Family Therapy Association of N.S.W. Peter currently runs a range of workshops, including -Parenting Adolescents, Fathering, Leadership and Motivation(for Adolescents), Rejecting Violence within ourselves, our families and our community. and runs other courses and workshops, such as Coping with Separation Bereavement and Loss, Developing Self Esteem in Kids with ADD and ADHD, - on request.
